Here is a quick way to make your own homemade caesar dressing using stuff you probably already have in your fridge. This is my go-to recipe. I like my dressing on the not-too-heavy side, so feel free to use this more as a guide that a recipe and adjust the portions to make your dressing just the way you like it.

Whisk together:
-2 parts mayonnaise
-1 part lemon juice
-1 fresh garlic clove minced, or 2 dashes of garlic powder
-dash of worchestershire sauce
-fresh ground pepper to taste
Toss the salad with the dressing, then top with some parmesan cheese.
